This Privacy Policy describes how UzoUniverse, LLC d/b/a SellCove (“SellCove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use SellCove’s websites, creator dashboard, storefronts, checkout pages, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy also explains your rights and choices regarding your personal information.
1. Scope and Roles
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by SellCove directly.
When creators use SellCove to sell products or services to their customers, SellCove generally processes customer data on behalf of the creator for service delivery and platform operations. In those cases, the creator is typically responsible for customer-facing notices required for their own business practices.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect information in the categories below.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account and profile data (for example: name, email address, login credentials, profile details).
- Billing/account subscription information related to your SellCove plan.
- Contact records you upload or create in CRM tools (for example: name, email, tags, notes).
- Content and metadata you create or upload (for example: product details, files, pages, campaign content).
- Communications with us (for example: support messages, feedback, legal requests).
2.2 Transaction and Commerce Data
- Order details, amounts, currency, status, refunds, and fulfillment metadata.
- Subscription lifecycle data (for example: plan status, renewals, cancellations).
- Booking/appointment data (for example: selected date/time, timezone, meeting details, cancellation/reschedule status).
2.3 Payment Data
Payments are processed by third-party processors (including Stripe and Stripe Connect). We receive transaction metadata needed to operate the Service (for example: payment status, payment intent identifiers, fees, and payout-related records), but we do not store full card numbers.
2.4 Automatically Collected Data
- Device, browser, operating system, and app/environment information.
- IP address, timestamps, request metadata, and log/security events.
- Usage and analytics data (for example: pages viewed, feature usage, navigation actions, referral data).
- Cookie and similar tracking data.
2.5 Integration Data
If you enable integrations (for example webhooks, Discord, email providers, Zapier, social/marketing tracking), we collect and process data needed to authenticate, operate, and maintain those integrations, subject to integration permissions and third-party terms.
2.6 Marketing and Email Event Data
For campaigns and transactional messaging, we may process send, delivery, open, click, unsubscribe, and related diagnostic events.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, and plan access.

SellCove does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner requiring an opt-out under California law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
