Meta / Instagram Platform Data
Some Uzo Apps connect to Meta technologies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) via Meta’s APIs to provide features you explicitly enable. Depending on the permissions you grant, we may receive limited data such as:
Instagram account information (e.g., account ID, username), media objects and associated comments/mentions, and messaging-related data necessary to perform actions you request (e.g., auto-replies).
How we use Meta data: to deliver requested features (e.g., manage or respond to comments/messages, analytics/insights, automations you configure). We do not sell Meta Platform data, use it for profiling across third-party services, or disclose it to third parties except Service Providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Retention: We retain Meta Platform data only as long as needed for the feature you enabled, to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. We honor your deletion requests and remove platform data when you disconnect an account or when it is no longer necessary.
Compliance: We use Meta data only in accordance with your permissions and Meta’s terms and policies. You may revoke access at any time through the relevant Meta settings.
When We Share Information
Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and similar processing-on-our-behalf.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Affiliates and controlled entities: Subject to this Privacy Policy.

How to Delete Your Data (Data Deletion Instructions)
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by any of the following:
In-app: Settings > Account > Delete Account (where available); or
Email: Send a request to hello@sellcove.store from the email tied to your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
After we verify your request, we will delete your Personal Data unless retention is required by law. If your account is connected to Meta, revoking permissions in your Meta settings will also stop future data flows.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove the information.
